Ms. Claire Wu graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Southern California and is triple-licensed to practice law in Taiwan, the UK and the State of New York. She has previously worked in a large globally renowned law firm. Throughout her career, she has assisted a leading domestic listed financial holding companies in issuing Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), helped public companies in issuing ECBs, and been involved in cross-border M&A cases. Her area of practice focuses on finance and capital markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and startups. She has also been involved in many cases related to multinational corporate compliance and foreign investment in Taiwan. During her time in the United States, she worked as a mediator in California. Ms. Claire Wu is also skilled in handling non-litigious matters, such as drafting and reviewing contracts in both Chinese and English.

Claire Wu律師擁有台灣、紐約及英國律師執照，曾任職於大型跨國事務所Dentons投資及併購團隊及台灣Tier one法律事務所。

職業期間曾協助國內上市金控公司於發行海外存託憑證(GDR)、上市公司發行海外可轉換債(ECB)及跨國大型跨境收購等交易案件。吳律師的執業領域聚焦企業併購、金融及資本市場、公司治理及新創 ，亦曾參與諸多跨國企業法遵諮詢及外人來台投資等案件。留美期間曾擔任過加州調解專員，並擅長於非訟案件處理及中、英文各式契約撰擬與審閱等。

目前居住在倫敦，在倫敦律所工作，探索海外新生活中。
